Play Golf America! June is Women’s Golf Month!

Now in its fifth year, Womens Golf Month is a precedent-setting collaboration of the top country, golf organizations aimed at increasing the participation of women in golf. Scheduled to be held at golf facilities nationwide, Womens Golf Month will offer people 14 years of age and older free golf lessons and golf-related networking and social activities customized by apiece host facility.

In addition to complimentary golf instruction from PGA and LPGA Professionals, participating host facilities might offer activities such as networking receptions, golf rules and etiquette seminars, club fitting, equipment demonstrations, golf apparel fashion shows, luncheons and contests. Complimentary use of golf clubs will be acquirable at all locations. While golf instruction will be offered free of charge at all locations, other activities such as dining and on-course playing opportunities will be offered for a nominal fee.
