    @rugga He doesn’t lift his foot any more than tiger does actually. This is actually a good amount and actually pretty natural looking if you ask me. You should see how much i lift my right foot. It’s almost completly off the ground at impact. My instructor is trying to get it to about what tiger’s is and it looks something like what this guy has going on. It’s only really lifted after the ball is already gone. He rolls it, but the heal is close to the ground until the ball is hit.

    balance is truly the key. If you connect a proper posture at address to a proper finishing position all the while staying in balance, you should hi the ball straight according the laws of motion (centrifugal force, momentum)

    A fast swing is alright. Trying to swing too hard is where you get thrown off balance. I had this exact same problem. I have calmed myself down, and let myself make nice smooth swings like I would with an iron. Now, instead of sending the ball 240 yards because of a nasty slice, I’m driving with a controlled fade or hitting a straight shot and sending the ball close to 260 yards.

    wonder how far he hit that drive? the biggest problem for me is balance, everytime I try to swing fast, I end up falling to the side.
